UPDATE JULY 24, 2020
2020 Season is on HOLD
We are sorry to report that the Carlsbad Pop Warner (CPW) 2020 Season is on hold. Due to state and county health restrictions, Palomar Pop Warner Conference (of which CPW is a member association) decided this week to disallow any type of practice or gathering for its members at this point. Based on this decision, CPW can not begin practices on August 3 as scheduled. The plan going forward is that if before September 28 the county allows for practices and games, Palomar Conference will schedule a delayed season which would start with 3 weeks of practices and then games. If by September 28 practices and games are not yet allowed, the 2020 season will be cancelled. Palomar Conference will not follow the CIF schedule of delaying the season until December.
If you would like a refund at this time, please notify us. If you’d like to stick it out with hopes of a delayed season, we will continue to offer a full refund if we are not eventually cleared to play. Remember that you are responsible to make sure your player has a shoulder pads and a certified helmet. We are disappointed along with you that our boys will not begin football practice the first Monday in August and hope with all our hearts that the boys will take the field soon!!
Thank you for your patience and understanding! All our best to you. Go Lancers!!!
