2026 REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Step 1: REGISTER ONLINE and upload all required documents including a recent headshot (think passport) no hats or sunglasses. Print out completed physcial/medical release form (you will need to turn this in at in-person registration).
Step 2: Attend one of the Mandatory in-person registration. Please bring completed medical release form, original birth certificate and a copy of birth certificate for us to keep.
In-person Registration Dates:
March 18th, 2026 4pm-8pm at Pine Community Center
April 19th 9am-1pm at Pine Community Center
****Each family will be required to volunteer for one two hour shift per season at the snack bar****
Team Sponsor Each team must find a team sponsor for minimum: $250 each cheerleading team

**Personal equipment is not included in registration fees. Each athlete is required to provide a properly fitted, certified helmet, shoulder pads, practice pants, football cleats, and mouthguard prior to the first practice. All equipment must meet current safety standards and league requirements.
Carlsbad Pop Warner is not responsible for improperly fitted, uncertified, or unsafe equipment. Participation may be restricted if required equipment is not provided or does not meet safety guidelines.**
